ASKA unites Fantastic Frank's Stockholm office with pistachio green accents

Swedish studio ASKA has designed the interiors of a 160-square-metre office for real estate agency Fantastic Frank in Stockholm, using pistachio-green features as a unifying element. Rather than imposing a conventional layout, ASKA preserved the existing fractured floor plan and grouped rooms into three zones—The Gallery, The Atelier, and The Antiquariat—each with its own atmosphere. The Gallery features exhibition-like displays with property images on movable ceiling tracks and custom glass doors with green borders. The Atelier includes a craft table from the old office with a green gloss overlay and a kitchen with repainted green upper cabinets. The Antiquariat offers a homelier feel with wooden furnishings and a green chequered rug. The colour scheme echoes Fantastic Frank's rebrand. ASKA restored original industrial timber floors and highlighted arched facade windows with green-painted frames.
