Armarium Spring 2027: Giorgia Gabriele's 'Control/Release' Brings Weightless Tailoring and a First Milan Store

other · 2026-09-28

For the spring 2027 ready-to-wear line titled "Control/Release," designer Giorgia Gabriele drew inspiration from multifaceted women like Bianca Jagger and Charlotte Rampling, as captured by Helmut Newton. The collection showcased lighter tailoring crafted from 220-gram stretch wool, moving away from traditional four-season fabrics. Notable pieces comprised a white suit, a cropped black jacket, and an oversized white shirt adorned with double-buckle belts. Nappa leather was incorporated into dresses and outerwear, while dresses featuring open backs were made from double silk satin and viscose crêpe. The primary color scheme was black and white, with red accents. Accessories included revamped Evelina pumps and previously featured jewelry. Armarium will debut its first store in Milan this Fall.
