Arlo House: Prismatic Concrete Residence in Creixell

Architects Luis Royon Barea and Andreu Arévalo Llàcer have completed the Arlo House, a 310 m² residence in Creixell, Spain, in 2025. The house features a prismatic geometry with a prefabricated concrete structure and interiors of exposed clay blocks and wood, opening up to the Mediterranean landscape. The project was curated by Valentina Díaz and photographed by Lluís Bort. The design team included Andreu Arévalo Llàcer, with project management by Miquel Gibert Ramos. General construction was carried out by Kit Mi Piscina, with engineering and consulting by EGC Consulting (civil), Prefabricats Pujol (structural), Electrocreixell (MEP), and Carreté Finestres (other).
