ARCS Ampliación Núñez: Izar estudio expands Buenos Aires home with pool and gallery

Izar estudio has completed ARCS Ampliación Núñez, a 55 m² residential extension in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The project reconfigures the rear area of a typical single-family home in the Núñez neighborhood, focusing on the gallery and patio as the primary social hub. A swimming pool was added, and the service block was reorganized to integrate with daily family life. The architects responsible are Gabriel Sedoff, Juan Manuel Martinez, and Francisco Grancharoff.
