ArchDaily Community Envisions Ukraine's Future with Six Unbuilt Projects

ArchDaily has gathered six architectural concepts from its community that envision Ukraine's future during the ongoing conflict. This collection features designs for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and educational purposes situated in Vinnytsia, Lviv, and Kyiv. Additionally, there are two prototype residential projects that lack designated locations, aiming to respond to the challenges of infrastructure loss and instability. These projects utilize various material, spatial, and symbolic approaches to tackle current issues. Since late 2023, the frontlines have remained largely unchanged, enabling Ukrainian cities to pursue the development of innovative architectural and urban initiatives.
