Praia do Bom Sucesso, a trio of residences designed by António Costa Lima Arquitectos, showcases an industrial style characterized by exposed brick and weathered steel. Situated close to the Tagus River, this development is concealed behind the façade of an old warehouse in a historic industrial district from the early 20th century. The design incorporates a robust north side facing Rua da Praia do Bom Sucesso and a more delicate south side featuring balconies. The structure comprises two gabled forms and includes three courtyards to enhance natural light. Ground-level courtyards act as private patios, while the upper floors surround a glazed light well.
