António Costa Lima Arquitectos Completes Princess Farm Restoration in Sintra

António Costa Lima Arquitectos has completed the Princess Farm residential project in Sintra, Portugal, which will wrap up construction by 2025. This residence, built in the early 1800s, spans 1,900 square meters and showcases Sintra’s emergence as a center for Romanticism, featuring elegant homes for the aristocracy along the newly created wooded slopes and pathways. The design team included lead architect António Costa Lima and collaborators like Hugo Lopes Martins and André Pinto da Cunha. Photography was by Francisco Nogueira, with Susanna Moreira curating the project. Civil engineering was managed by P2S, lighting design by MC Lighting Projects, and general construction by EJR Construções, while ENESCOORD oversaw project management and TOPIARIS handled landscape architecture.
