Antiques Par Force Opens New Rome Gallery with Mythological Beauty
Antiques Par Force, a Roman gallery established by Nicolò James Montanari (b. 1988), has launched a new venue at Via di Parione 9, enhancing its original site at Via dell'Arco de' Cenci 7. The first exhibition, titled Mythological Beauty, delves into the influence of mythology on Western art through various mediums, including painting, drawing, and sculpture. Montanari, who possesses over ten years of expertise, prioritizes quality, provenance, and historical significance. Additionally, partner Nicolò Alessandrini (b. 1998) has broadened the gallery's collection to feature early twentieth-century art. Highlights of the exhibition include Cecco Bravo's Angelica liberata da Ruggero and Mario Sironi's archaic figures, showcasing the lasting impact of myth in art and human consciousness.
