Anna and Eugeni Bach Refurbish a Village House in Fonolleres Near Girona
In Fonolleres, close to Girona, Spain, architects Anna and Eugeni Bach have transformed a village house dating back to the early 1900s. The 350 sq m dwelling, referred to as House in Fonolleres, boasts a full-width extension and a covered veranda overlooking the garden, as well as an enlarged entrance and internal garage through a front façade extension. Key features include five circular canopies on the terrace, a circular pergola above the outdoor kitchen, and a 'studiolo' in the master bedroom.
