Anja Smolarz's Abstract Landscapes Explore Baltic Coast Light and Silence

Polish artist Anja Smolarz creates abstract landscape paintings inspired by her coastal environment in Świnoujście, Poland. Her work focuses on atmospheric impressions rather than literal depictions, using color and simplified forms to convey emotional environments. A defining element in her compositions is a slender golden horizon line that functions as both structural axis and symbolic threshold. Smolarz's paintings have been exhibited internationally in cities including Barcelona, Madrid, Milan, Berlin, and Rome. She is currently developing a new series titled 'Floating Dreams' scheduled for unveiling in June, continuing her exploration of light, silence, and landscape as emotional experience.
