Anett Frey's Meditative Practice Explores Transience Through Drypoint and Found Objects

Anett Frey, a German artist, emphasizes the importance of quiet observation and the transformation of natural objects, particularly the remains of animals encountered during solitary walks. Her series, Findlings, employs drypoint printmaking, producing both delicate and powerful lines on zinc plates. Frey gained recognition through her participation in KULT-Kunst 2020 at Mittelschwäbisches Heimatmuseum Krumbach and Kunst Reutlingen 2022 at Kunstmuseum Reutlingen Galerie. She has showcased her work in "Interior & Still Life" at Albstadt Art Museum and KONSUM Gallery in Munich.
