Amaltash House: A 12,000 sq ft Family Residence in Navsari by Design Ni Dukaan

Amaltash House, a 12,000 square foot family home situated in Navsari, near Surat, India, has been finalized by Design Ni Dukaan, under the direction of principal architect Veeram Shah. Finished in 2024, this G+2 building includes a foyer, vestibule, drawing room, living space, two kitchens, five bedrooms, a multipurpose area, a lounge on the second floor, and a courtyard with a patio. The project highlights the synergy between architecture and engineering, prioritizing proportions and balance. The design team featured landscape architects Sanyogita Gaikwad and Soham Changediya, with structural support from MSquare and HVAC expertise from Anjaria Associates. Sarjan Construction and Project Management served as the contractor, while Ishita Sitwala | The Fishy Project captured the photographs. Miwa Negoro curated the project, emphasizing the importance of guiding clients through design intricacies in today's visually driven world.
