Alice Peach, an Anglo-Italian artist born in Bari in 1996, currently resides between Milan and Lausanne. After completing her Fine Art and Textiles degree at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam in 2020, she spent two years in Berlin before returning to Italy in 2023. Presently, she is working with professor Federico Nicolao on the Assemblée des écritures research project at ECAL in Lausanne. Selected for the third edition of the Nuovo Gran Tour residency program for 2025-2026, organized by the Direzione Generale Creatività Contemporanea, she will be at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. Her playful, naïf style merges painting, drawing, printing, and sculpture, utilizing reclaimed materials. Peach’s influences include Lucy McKenzie and Agnes Martin, and her works have been featured in exhibitions like Haloes & Hula-Hoops in Berlin.
