Ajman University showcases museum of Arabic culture and digital art in Sharjah

Ajman University's Architecture, Art and Design program presented ten graduation projects, including a museum of Arabic culture and digital art in Sharjah, UAE. Designed by student Esra Abdulrahman Rameshi, 'Between Sand and Screen' is located on Sharjah's Al Khan Waterfront and explores the evolution of Emirati culture from traditional crafts to digital expression. Other projects include a community center in Dharavi, India, by Aysha Nimra Dhinda; female student accommodation by Fatima Saad Muslem Balhaf; a blue-green agriculture and mangrove research hub on Al Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi, by Rawda Ahmed Abdelmoneem Attia; an innovation and entertainment hub by Mariam Youssef Adel Jassem; the National Stadium of Abu Dhabi in Al Ain by Ban Qusai Musa Alsayyed; a gaming center inspired by neural networks by Ayasha Ahmad Kousa; an arts and crafts center in Damascus, Syria, by Abdulrahman Faisal Mudallaleh; a culture and crafts center in Ramallah by Mahmoud Khaled Shaheen; and a transit-oriented community center in Dharavi. The projects were completed under tutors Mohammad S Arar and Rashed Alshaali as part of the Graduation Project II course.
