Aflalo/Gasperini Completes Address Jardins Residential Tower in São Paulo
Address Jardins, a new residential tower designed by aflalo/gasperini arquitetos, has opened in São Paulo's upscale Jardins neighborhood. The 519,332 m² building occupies a corner site at the intersection of Rua José Maria Lisboa and Rua Pamplona, two streets with distinct urban profiles: the former is a tree-lined residential street, while the latter is a major commercial corridor for high-end services. The project was curated by Susanna Moreira, with coordination by Davi de Moura Lacerda and architects Roberto Aflalo Filho, Felipe Aflalo, José Luiz Lemos, and Grazzieli Gomes Rocha serving as architects in charge.
