Actual Office Completes Shared Living Spaces in South London

In 2025, Actual Office finalized the fit-out of 600 m² of shared living areas in South London. This project showcases a carefully selected range of materials from notable brands such as Audo, Carl Hansen, HAY, Knoll International, and VitrA. Under the leadership of Jonathan Maguire, the design team worked closely with an innovative client to convert interconnected shell spaces into an elegant residential setting. Fish Fabrications served as the general contractor, while Building Narratives supplied the photographs.
