Museum Tower House, a slender four-storey residence located in Los Angeles' Mt Washington neighbourhood, has been completed by A Teatro and Balcony Studio. This home occupies a steep, compact lot limited to under 1,407 square feet. David Gonzalez Rojas, leading A Teatro, designed the building with striated plaster exteriors, open-air courtyards, and a living roof adorned with desert flora. The interior, crafted by Balcony Studio, draws inspiration from the nearby Southwest Museum of the American Indian and the owner's affinity for nature, showcasing warm earthy tones, concrete, and greenery arranged by floral artist Jiahao Peng. Notable furnishings include a coffee table by Polina Miliou and a rug by Christopher Farr, alongside an accessory dwelling unit serving as a creative studio.
