A Gorgeous Excitement 2026: 23 Artists at Steinfeld Gallery, Tucson

The Steinfeld Gallery & Studios in Tucson, Arizona, presents its second annual group exhibition, A Gorgeous Excitement 2026, running from October 3 to November 14, 2026. Curated by regional arts advocate Paul Gold, the show features 23 artists from Southern Arizona, including David Adix, Claire Campbell Park, Alex Macias, Judith Stewart, and Rina Yoon. The exhibition serves as the anchor event of Tucson's First Saturday Artwalk, with an opening reception on October 3 from 4-8 pm, weekly artist talks on Saturdays from October 10-31, a closing reception on November 7, and a final gallery day on November 14. The venue, a 1907 warehouse with brick walls and heavy timber posts, adds historical character. Notable works include Claire Campbell Park's woven Koi I (1989), Alex Macias's borderlands portraiture, Judith Stewart's ceramic figure Reflection (2026), and Rina Yoon's photo engraving Earth Body 27 (2011). The exhibition also includes an installation by Athena Solan Apodaca in the loft space. All events are free and open to the public.
