5468796 Architecture Unveils 90/100 Mixed-Use Development in Winnipeg

The 90/100 mixed-use development, completed by Winnipeg's 5468796 Architecture, is situated at the boundary of the East Exchange District. This project, named after its address, integrates a historic warehouse from 1905 with a modern seven-storey addition, forming a medium-density complex. It features 206 residential units and 6,000 square feet dedicated to commercial use. Designed to contrast with the area's traditional opaque residential structures, the design utilizes a thoughtful arrangement of massing, open spaces, and glass to create a sense of openness. The project, finalized in 2025, spans 179,000 square feet and aims to enhance the urban landscape with its striking geometry and precise materials. The architectural team includes Scatliff + Miller + Murray for landscape architecture, while engineering support comes from Lavergne Draward & Associates, MCW Consultants, Barnes & Duncan, and Footprint - Energy Consultants.
