40 Artists Selected for 2026 Texas Juried Exhibition

The Love Texas Art Foundation, affiliated with Artspace111 in Fort Worth, has revealed the 40 artists chosen for the 13th annual Texas Juried Exhibition. Terri Provencal, the editor-in-chief of Patron magazine based in Dallas, made her selections from a pool of 2,400 entries submitted by 725 Texas artists. For the first time, each artist will receive a $150 honorarium, according to co-founder Ariel Davis. The foundation is set to distribute $20,000 in awards, including the $10,000 Edmund Craig Memorial First Prize, which features a solo exhibition at Artspace111 in 2027. Since its launch in 2014, the exhibition has granted over $100,000 to artists. The opening reception is scheduled for July 25, 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m., with the exhibition running until August 29. Selected artists include Brooke Armstrong, Rachel Black, Matthew Bourbon, and many others.
