A new social housing development in Igualada, Spain, designed by 4RQ arquitectura and MBM Arquitectes, will provide 24 affordable units upon completion in 2025. The project, covering 2,632 square meters, emphasizes sustainability and community life through expanded collective spaces. Architects Marta Camañes, Oriol Capdevila, and Gerard Torrent led the design, with technical contributions from Beth Bacardit and Santi Velasco. Photographer Adrià Goula documented the architecture. Curated by Valentina Díaz, this public housing initiative aims to strengthen social connections while addressing housing needs.
