market-auction · 2026-09-07

A 2019 Koenigsegg Regera hypercar, initially valued at $3.241 million plus over $1 million in additional features, is set to be auctioned at Mecum Auctions' Nashville event on September 26 at the Nashville Superspeedway. This vehicle, identified as Chassis No. 7226, is among the 80 Regeras manufactured between 2016 and 2022 and is one of just five equipped with the Environmental Power Upgrade and Ghost Package. Its first owner, who named it 'Elegua,' sold it in 2024 to Jeff Miller. The car did not meet the reserve at Sotheby's in February 2025 (highest bid $2.6 million) or Bonhams in May 2025 ($2.52 million). Mecum anticipates a selling price between $3.5 and $4 million. The hybrid powertrain enables acceleration from 0 to 62 mph in 2.8 seconds and achieves a maximum speed of 251 mph.
