19th Parcours de la Céramique et des Arts du feu to Showcase Ceramic Diversity in Paris

The 19th edition of the Parcours de la Céramique et des Arts du feu will take place from September 15 to 19 in the Carré Rive Gauche district of Paris, organized by the Association des spécialistes de la céramique de collection (ASCC). The event brings together around twenty dealers and specialists across galleries in the neighborhood, with new participants including German dealer Christian Kirsch, specializing in Meissen porcelain, antiquarian Philippe Vichot, and three galleries focused on contemporary creation: Dutko, presenting works by Katsumata Chieko; Gabrielle Laroche, featuring Monica Machado; and Magna Gallery, dedicated to the Korean scene. The Musée des arts décoratifs (MAD) supports the event as a partner, with several of its curators participating in a lecture cycle on collections, ceramic history, and fire arts. The parcours illustrates the diversity of the field, from Chinese and Sèvres porcelains to contemporary ceramics, highlighting the increasingly close dialogue among collectors, dealers, and institutions. The event is part of a busy Parisian market season, with other commercial events such as Fine Arts Paris and Confidentiel also taking place.
