15 Must-See U.S. Museum Shows for Fall 2026
CULTURED magazine has unveiled its selection of 15 essential museum exhibitions across the U.S. for the fall season of 2026, spanning from September to early 2027. Highlights feature "Mary Cassatt: After Impressionism" at the Art Institute of Chicago (Sept. 6 – Jan. 3, 2027); "Karimah Ashadu: Tendered" at the Renaissance Society in Chicago (Sept. 12 – Nov. 1); "Georgia O'Keeffe: Architecture" at the Detroit Institute of Art (Sept. 13 – Jan. 3, 2027); "Taryn Simon: Father Country I Do Love You" at the Guggenheim in New York (Sept. 18 – Mar. 14, 2027); and "Bruce Nauman: Identical" at the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas (Sept. 19 – Mar. 21, 2027).
