15ª Mostra 3M de Arte selects artists for childhood-themed edition
Isabela Prado and Juca Fiis have been selected via national open call for the 15th Mostra 3M de Arte, themed "A Cidade das Crianças" (The City of Children). The exhibition will open on September 13, 2026, at Parque Villa-Lobos in São Paulo, featuring new works alongside four invited artists. Prado, from Belo Horizonte, will present "Sonhar é preciso"; Fiis, from Rio de Janeiro, will present "Que Onda". Each receives a R$ 6,000 fee plus R$ 30,000 for production. This edition, curated by Bernardo Mosqueira with assistant curator Ana Clara Simões Lopes, focuses on childhood for the first time, using play as a tool for imagination and urban transformation. The selection jury included Clarissa Diniz and Igor Simões. The show is free and emphasizes participatory practices in public space.
