14 Artists Reflect on Spain's Interior in 'Confluencias. Cruzar la meseta'
In Quintanar de la Orden, Toledo, the Fundación Amelia Moreno is hosting an exhibition titled 'Confluencias. Cruzar la meseta', organized by the Néxodos collective. This display features 14 artists exploring the Spanish interior, connecting Castilla y León and Castilla-La Mancha through the themes of 'mixing' and 'crossing'. Among the artists are Javier Ayarza, Ayala Barber, and Beatriz Castela, who work in diverse mediums like installation, photography, and performance. Néxodos, established in 2017, takes a collaborative curatorial approach, involving its members and three Fine Arts students from Cuenca and Salamanca. The exhibition runs until July 12, 2026, in a space that used to be an anise factory.
