GAMeC Bergamo Joins 22nd Giornata del Contemporaneo with Selma Selman's First Italian Solo Show
On Saturday, 10 October 2026, GAMeC in Bergamo will take part in the 22nd Giornata del Contemporaneo, an event organized by AMACI with backing from the Ministero della Cultura. This year's celebration adopts a hybrid format throughout Italy, and the GAMeC venue on Via San Tomaso will be accessible from 10:00 to 19:00. The exhibition features Selma Selman's 1000 Tears—her inaugural institutional solo show in Italy, which includes graphic works and a film excerpt—as well as Una Galleria, showcasing contemporary and modern art from Bergamo. Additionally, the Tabula Plena installation at Palazzo della Ragione remains open until 20:00. Free workshops led by GAMeC mediators will also be offered.
