Eidos Festival Brings Contemporary Art to Civita di Bagnoregio with 13 Artists
Eidos, a contemporary art festival curated by Fabio Sindici, Adina Drinceanu, and Giorgia Grassi, will take place in Civita di Bagnoregio from September 26 to October 10, 2026. The festival showcases the works of 13 artists through two exhibitions, a temporary art library, and a site-specific performance. The first exhibition, La linea è mobile, located at Casa Greco, examines the geological fractures of Civita. The second exhibition, Noumeni, spans the streets and gardens, leading to a Roman cistern under Piazza San Donato. A temporary art library pays tribute to critic Pericle Guaglianone. The opening night performance is set for September 26. Notably, Civita di Bagnoregio is a contender for the title of Italian Capital of Contemporary Art 2028.
