Diritto di Gentilezza: Rome Art Week Participatory Action in Monteverde
On Saturday, 24 October 2026, from 10:30 to 11:30, Piazza Carlo Alberto Scotti in Rome will host Diritto di Gentilezza, a participatory art initiative curated by Penelope Filacchione and Roberta Melasecca during Rome Art Week 2026. This event will feature artists, students from Polo Liceale Alighieri Caravillani, and cultural organizations performing acts of kindness such as poetic recitations, shared book pages, haikus, drawings, and various performances. The project aims to combat everyday rudeness and encourages attendees to contribute 'desideri di gentilezza' (wishes of kindness). The Manifesto del Diritto di Gentilezza will be publicly read. Organized by Art Sharing Roma and Blow Art Contemporary Space, the event is free to attend, with participating artists including Evelyne Baly and Marco Berrettoni.
