Book Look 2026 Returns to Pordenone with 16 Independent Visual Publishers and Two Exhibitions
The second edition of Book Look, a fair dedicated to independent visual publishing, is set to take place in Pordenone from September 18 to 20, 2026. This event is organized by Associazione Obliquo in collaboration with Pordenonelegge and features sixteen publishers, such as Apartamento Magazine and Valiz. The programming kicks off on September 18 at 19:00 with Elisa Talentino showcasing Magarìe, followed by a performance curated by Modular. On September 19, Joan Fontcuberta will give a lecture on AI's role in photography, while Robbie Whitehead will talk about The Art of Living. The final day includes presentations from publishers, including Valiz's Thinking Back, Making Forward, and Studio Gisto will host two exhibitions: Terrain Vague and Talentino's Magarìe. Gabriella De Domenico emphasized the goal of bringing the book to life and incorporating the works into the Rizoma collection.
