Zimmerli Art Museum receives 70 modern and contemporary works from Goldstein collection
The Zimmerli Art Museum in New Jersey has received a generous donation of over 70 modern and contemporary artworks from Anne and Arthur Goldstein. This collection features notable pieces such as Takeshi Kawashima's monumental painting, "New York M-33" (1966), along with works by Mark Bradford, Hedda Sterne, and several others. The Goldsteins have previously contributed more than 160 artworks to the museum, including pieces by renowned artists like Cindy Sherman and Robert Rauschenberg. An exhibition titled "Mashup: New Acquisitions from the Zimmerli" will showcase this donation alongside works from the Alex Katz Foundation, opening in February 2027.
