Zara Rossio Store in Lisbon by Contacto Atlântico Architecture Studio

A new Zara retail location has opened in Lisbon's historic Rossio district, designed by the Portuguese architecture firm Contacto Atlântico. The project, led by architect André Caiado, occupies a 10,110 square meter space in one of Lisbon's most iconic urban settings. Project management was handled by By Vision. The design represents contemporary architectural practice in Portugal, demonstrating how modern commercial architecture can engage with historically significant contexts. The intervention showcases a refined spatial language that balances technical precision, spatial clarity, and contextual sensitivity.
