XIV Concurso de Pintura Ernesto Goday: Call for Entries in O Grove
The XIV Concurso de Pintura Ernesto Goday has been announced by the City Council of O Grove (Pontevedra) to pay tribute to local artist Ernesto Goday Caamaño. This competition is open to participants aged 18 and older, but excludes those who have won in the past three years. Artists are invited to create original pieces that measure between 60 x 50 cm and 150 x 150 cm, focusing on the landscapes and inhabitants of O Grove. Each artist may submit one entry through a digital photograph (maximum 3 MB) and a registration form, sent to casadacultura@concellodogrove.es or by mail to Casa da Cultura Manuel Lueiro Rey, Monte da Vila, 11, 36980 O Grove. The registration period ends on September 30, 2026, and the winner will be revealed at the end of 2026, receiving a prize of €3,000, with the artwork becoming the property of the City Council.
