Wysing Arts Centre announces 2026-27 programme with focus on social conditions and circular economies

Wysing Arts Centre has announced its schedule for the period of April 2026 to March 2027, showcasing artists who explore the social and material aspects of everyday life. Among those featured are Louise Ashcroft from the UK, who will work in partnership with DASH, and Mariana Chkonia from Georgia. UK artists Roo Dhissou, Clara Hastrup, Pardip Kapil, and Samra Mayanja will also take part, alongside Ghana's Va-Bene Elikem Fiatsi, collaborating with LADA. Umico Niwa, representing both the US and Mexico, is set to join RESOLVE Collective, while Ellie Wyatt from the UK collaborates with St Peter’s School Huntingdon and DASH. Bella Millroy remains the PhD researcher-in-residence. The year will see Wysing and RESOLVE Collective launch the inaugural Systems Residency, tackling themes like circular economies, ecologies, radical accessibility, labour, play, and community engagement.
