Vodafone's Performance in UK Mobile Network Survey Shows Mixed Results

A survey of 1,022 Telegraph readers conducted from late November to mid-December 2025 assessed UK mobile network providers. Vodafone, the country's oldest mobile operator launched in 1985, received the lowest overall satisfaction scores among major networks. The company achieved 67% satisfaction for value, 69% for speed, 76% for reliability, and 58% for customer service accessibility and quality. While Vodafone offers various tariffs including unlimited data plans and discounts for broadband customers, its pricing is higher than some competitors like Lebara which uses the same network infrastructure. The survey methodology involved rating providers across 13 attributes including speed, reliability, value, and support quality.
