Villa EF by depaolidefranceschibaldan architetti completed in 2024 on Lake Garda

Villa EF, a 350-square-meter vacation home, is scheduled to be finished in 2024. It was designed by depaolidefranceschibaldan architetti and is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, set against gentle hills and surrounded by a beautiful landscape filled with olive trees, cypresses, and oleanders. Throughout the twentieth century, this area saw the rise of similar holiday homes, either scattered or in small clusters. The project was curated by Hadir Al Koshta, with Marco Cappelletti providing photography to showcase its features. The design incorporates products from various brands like Arper, USM, Davide Groppi, and more, and it is classified as a residential house.
