Vicky Bennison's Pasta Grannies Releases New Cookbook Eat Everything

On September 8, Vicky Bennison, the founder of the Pasta Grannies community, released her cookbook titled Eat Everything: Pasta and Beyond for the Good Life, published by Rizzoli. Bennison, who is based in London, started the Pasta Grannies YouTube channel in 2014 after noticing that only the older generation in Italy's Marche region crafted pasta by hand. She has interviewed more than 500 elderly women, attracting millions of viewers. The channel gained immense popularity in August 2018, amassing over a million subscribers. Bennison has written three cookbooks, one of which received a James Beard award. Her latest work emphasizes a no-waste philosophy and features a recipe for Rosa's Cicatelli con Ciambutella, a traditional sauce from Grottaminarda.
