Valencia Apartment from 1950s Redesigned with Oak Structures by DG Arquitecto

DG Arquitecto completed a renovation project called Casa Zam 12 in Valencia's La Petxina district. The firm reconfigured a small apartment originally built in 1952 by incorporating custom oak elements to improve spatial organization. The work transformed the constrained living area into a more functional residence. This architectural intervention demonstrates contemporary approaches to updating mid-century urban housing.
