UQ Art Museum and Climate Aware Creative Practices Network Launch Online Reading Group on Aunty Mary Graham's Work

From 25 September to 6 November, the UQ Art Museum in Brisbane, in collaboration with the Climate Aware Creative Practices Network (CACP), will conduct an online reading group focused on Aunty Mary Graham, a prominent Aboriginal philosopher in Australia. This event serves as a precursor to the summit titled 'Reflective Motives: Two Days with the Climate Aware Creative Practices Network,' scheduled for 12–13 November. The reading group, which is open to everyone, will feature discussions, live readings, and written reflections, including selections from Graham's book 'Politics: Philosophical Ordering by Country.' Aunty Mary Graham is set to deliver a keynote address at the summit alongside Tristen Harwood, with Dr. Jacqueline Chlanda and Therese Keogh leading the initiative to promote interdisciplinary conversations on pressing social, environmental, and political climate challenges.
