Tyler Perry Lists Beverly Hills Megamansion Chateau Reve for $57 Million

Tyler Perry has put his Beverly Hills estate on the market for $57 million through Santiago Arana of The Agency. The roughly 22.5-acre property, acquired in 2004 for $4.3 million, features a Tuscan-style villa completed in 2012 and named Chateau Reve. The nearly 25,000-square-foot megamansion includes nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a one-bedroom guesthouse, a 24-seat movie theater, a private study, a chef’s kitchen, and a primary retreat with massage and salon rooms. The grounds offer multiple terraces and a large pool. Located in the guard-gated Beverly Ridge Estates, an enclave of 14 homes, the compound has its own driveway gate, security cameras, alarm system, and a 24-hour security team. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stayed there after moving from the U.K. to Los Angeles in 2020 before settling in Montecito. Kanye West reportedly toured the construction site and expressed interest in buying it. Perry is downsizing ahead of a planned move to Puerto Rico early next year and is also selling a $39.5 million property in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He previously owned a 35,000-square-foot Atlanta home sold in 2016 for a record $17.5 million, and currently owns a $100 million estate in Douglasville, Georgia, spanning over 2,100 acres with an airstrip, plus two private islands in the Bahamas.
