Two Charity Watch Auctions Offer 48 One-of-a-Kind Timepieces in Geneva and New York

This season, two charity auctions will feature a total of 48 distinctive watches: one in Geneva on November 9 at Christie's and another in New York. The Geneva event, titled Watches for ELA, showcases 22 timepieces, among which is a Cartier Pasha purchased by Zinédine Zidane. Proceeds will benefit the European Leukodystrophy Association (ELA) International, established in 1992. The inaugural biennial auction took place in 2024, raising 843,000 Swiss francs. This year's selection includes creations from ArtyA, Bovet, and Montblanc. Meanwhile, TimeForArt's third edition is set for December 5 at Phillips's New York Watch Auction, featuring 26 items for the Swiss Institute, with notable pieces like Hermès' white-gold watch and a Bulgari crafted from green marble, valued between $500 and $160,000.
