TROP Designs Multilevel Courtyard Landscape for Shenzhen Residential Complex

Landscape architecture firm TROP has completed Yanlord The Park, a residential courtyard project in Shenzhen, China. The design transforms a constrained ground plane between high-density towers into a layered garden with terraces and gentle slopes. The upper level features a winding promenade with planting, while the lower level includes a water terrace, sheltered spaces, and amenities for community gatherings. The project addresses urban challenges by creating usable public space through vertical organization rather than expanding the footprint, supporting daily activities like walking, resting, and socializing.
