Tom Morton Curates Group Exhibition at GRIMM New York

GRIMM New York presents 'You Must Change Your Life,' a group exhibition curated by Tom Morton, running from June 26 to August 7, 2026. The title is borrowed from the final line of Rainer Maria Rilke's poem 'Archaic Torso of Apollo' (1918), written while Rilke worked as secretary to sculptor Auguste Rodin. The poem describes a headless, limbless classical statue that suddenly addresses the poet, demanding transformation. The exhibition assembles thirteen international painters and sculptors, not to illustrate the poem but to explore its themes of fragmentation, perception, and change.
