The Summer EDITION Returns to Montauk with Chef Colagreco and Photographer Ben Watts

The Summer EDITION, a cultural residency by EDITION Hotels in partnership with American Express, returns for its second installment on July 24–25 at Crow's Nest in Montauk. The two-day program, exclusive to American Express Platinum Card and Centurion Members, features gastronomy, live music, wellness, and photography. Chef Mauro Colagreco, of three-Michelin-starred Mirazur and The Lake Como EDITION, has created a tasting menu inspired by Montauk's summer harvest. Grammy-winning musician Brian Newman will perform live. Photographer Ben Watts, a Montauk resident since 1995, curates an exhibition from his East End archive and creates new imagery. Daytime offerings include fitness classes with Barry's, sound healing and ice baths by Remedy Place, and skincare by Augustinus Bader. The inaugural Summer EDITION took place at El Silencio in Ibiza.
