The Blank Contemporary Art Relaunches with New Venue and International Production Platform
Founded in 2010 in Bergamo, The Blank Contemporary Art is set to relaunch in 2026 under the direction of Stefano Raimondi. The gallery will relocate from Via Quarenghi 50 to Via Sant'Elisabetta. On June 20, 2026, a Moving Party will bid farewell to the current location. The Made In initiative, backed by Fondazione Cariplo, aims to establish The Blank as a hub for production, featuring a digital platform for collaborative art and exhibitions. Notable events include Alex Da Corte's solo exhibition at Palazzo della Ragione from November 12, 2026, to late January 2027, coinciding with the ArtDate festival (November 12–15, 2026). Additionally, Davide Sgambaro's 'Infinite fall (floating)' will be showcased for the Premio Matteo Olivero, and the 'Thesaurus' project will honor the Bosnian war from November 15 to December 5, 2026.
