TCA Ethera: A New Art Nouveau Typeface from Thecoa Foundry

TCA Ethera, a new decorative typeface, has been launched by Thecoa Foundry, established by Vietnamese designers Quang Khải and Minh Hoàn. This typeface draws inspiration from Art Nouveau, Rococo, and the theatrical designs of Charles E. Heyer for the Boston Type Foundry. It features organic curves modeled after gladiolus flowers and offers nine stylistic sets with alternative capital letters. Khải, who resides in Paris, is engaged in research at ANRT and conducts type design workshops, whereas Hoàn is a graphic designer based in Hà Nội. Both designers have backgrounds in business.
