Tate Britain and Turner Contemporary Expand Eco-Initiatives Beyond Gallery Walls
Tate Britain and Turner Contemporary are extending their environmental missions beyond their buildings. Tate Britain is developing the Clore Garden, a sustainable green space designed by Tom Stuart-Smith, set to open in early 2027. The garden, a joint gift with the Royal Horticultural Society from the Clore Duffield Foundation, features drought-resistant plants and will include an outdoor classroom and a garden classroom by Feilden Fowles.
