Susan Dunham Showcases Acrylic Paintings in Palmer Museum Feature

Susan Dunham was featured as Artist of the Week by the Palmer Museum on June 3, 2021. The artist, who recently retired from a 34-year teaching career, has returned to painting with renewed focus. Her work primarily uses acrylic paints, featuring vivid colors in landscape and animal subjects inspired by her outdoor experiences in Alaska. Dunham studied art formally and has taken lessons from artists in Palmer over several decades. This presentation marks her first public exhibition since high school.
