The Baroneza House, crafted by Studio Arthur Casas, has just opened its doors in Bragança Paulista, Brazil. What really makes it stand out is its glulam roof, which looks like outstretched wings with its two sloping planes. Instead of a typical layout, the living and gourmet spaces are on the upper level, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding forest and horizon. Nestled in the Quinta da Baroneza condo in rural São Paulo, the house blends concrete and wood with the natural slope of the land. Below, the private suites are partially sunken and feature glass bricks for light, surrounding a peaceful garden. Inside, you'll find a mix of mid-century Brazilian furniture and custom creations by Casas. This design emphasizes a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
