Student Gains Marine Biology Insight Through Australian Museum Work Experience

In October 2023, Justine Charles completed a week-long work experience placement in the Marine Invertebrates Department at the Australian Museum Research Institute. She was hosted by Dr. Claire Rowe, the Collection Manager, and introduced to the department by Professor Shane Ahyong. During her time there, Charles assisted with specimen sorting, identification, and preservation in the facility known as the Spirit House.
